Pandemic Response

To our valued customers and friends

As we follow the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the health and safety of our employees and customers remain our top priority. As your trusted business partner, serving your needs in a safe manner is of the utmost importance to us.

Enhanced safety and reliability measures being taken:

We are taking additional steps to make sure we can continue to serve your needs in the safest way possible consistent with the health and well-being of our customers and our team. Hygiene
standards for our team members and the cleanliness of our products is and always will be a top priority.

Employee support:

We have advised all employees to follow everyday preventive actions including washing hands
often, disinfecting frequently touched objects, and carrying hand sanitizer. We are following all
public health guidelines and the latest guidance from the CDC, including specific requirements
that if employees are not feeling well, they are not to report to work.

What We’re Doing

We have been diligently following recommendations and guidelines from the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local and state
health officials on how best to protect against COVID-19. Safety and reliability are our top
priorities. We recognize that this is a stressful time for many and want to continue to reassure
you that your health, as well as the health of our employees and community members, remains
a top priority.

Scheduling Changes.

We can schedule or reschedule installation and service appointments during times that are less
busy for your home or business to minimize risk to your family or employees and our team.
We are prepared to navigate these challenging circumstances with the health and safety of our
customers and employees at top of mind. We are here and will work with you to support all your
service needs.

Thank you for being a valued D&K Electric customer and friend,
